1. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions constitute the legal agreement between you and Zimple Network LLC. Please read these Terms and Conditions for the use in any way of the ZimpleNet mobile applications for the Android and iOS platforms and of the website at Accessing the mobile applications and the website means fully accepting these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you agree that: if you are a person, act in your own name and do not represent any other person, and if you are the representative of a legal person, act within the limits of the power of attorney, that you provide correct information, you will not copy or sell the content or software.


Zimple Network LLC, ZimpleNet, and ZimpleNet iOS and Android mobile apps do not have any affiliation with the companies, service providers and local businesses that are listed on the website and ZimpleNet mobile apps. Only a subset of these companies, service providers and local businesses manage their own listing.

2. Definitions

User - any individual or legal person, who accesses the ZimpleNet mobile applications and the website and who creates a User account or who registers as a Service Provider.

Supplier - the company Zimple Network LLC, 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, County of Sussex

Mobile apps - ZimpleNet mobile apps, Android and iOS, from Google Play and AppStore online stores

Account - section consisting of the data entered by the User upon registration

Profile - section consisting of data entered by the User when registering as a Service Provider and data entered by Users when writing reviews

Review - a written evaluation by the User to another User

Offer - section consisting of data entered by the User when creating a campaign (offers) for promotion, discounts, attracting new customers, promotions and more

Profile Promotion (Premium) - section consisting of Profile and distinctive elements through which the User can promote his profile (business)

Administrators - persons specially trained by the Supplier to verify and approve the profiles and reviews of users and service providers on mobile applications and websites.

Zimple Network LLC reserves the right to unilaterally modify or update the Terms and Conditions at any time. Failure to delete your registered account means that you have given your legal consent to the modification of the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the proposed changes, then delete the account and stop accessing the mobile applications and website.

3. Rights and obligations of the User

The user declares on his own responsibility that he is the holder of the created account, that the data entered by him are real and assumes responsibility for the data entered (name, phone number, pictures, description and other data entered by him) in mobile applications or website, including of the copyright in relation to the content and agrees that it will be made available to the public by the Supplier. The user is prohibited from retrieving any information from mobile applications or websites to republish it. By creating or registering an account, the user declares that he fully agrees with the Terms and Conditions.

4. Rights and obligations of the Supplier

The Supplier undertakes to publish all profiles of Service Providers through mobile applications and the website that comply with the Terms and Conditions. The Supplier undertakes to remedy any alleged operational problems as soon as possible. The Supplier cannot be held responsible for the content or any activity of the Users. The Supplier is not liable for direct or indirect damages that the User may suffer. If it is found that the Terms and Conditions are violated in any way, the Supplier reserves the right to delete, block or partially modify an account or profile of User or Service Provider. The Supplier does not offer any guarantee to Users that the service will be available uninterrupted or without errors. The Supplier reserves the right to add, delete or modify the content and functionality of mobile applications and the website.

5. Verification and Approval of Accounts and Profiles and Approval of Reviews

The initial verification and validation of a User account is done through a code sent via SMS to a valid telephone number that the User declares. Administrators have the role of verifying the accounts and profiles of the User and Service Provider to remove incorrect, incomplete, erroneous data or in violation of the Terms and Conditions. Administrators will block or delete, instantly and without notice, any account or profile that meets the following criteria: fake account or profile, contains false data, offensive, slanderous or fraudulent content and other criteria that violate the Terms and Conditions. The Administrators will approve both the Service Provider profiles and the User reviews that will appear on the Service Provider profiles, if they do not violate the provisions of these Terms and Conditions of this document. Otherwise, they will be partially modified, blocked or deleted. Administrators may subsequently, at any time, partially modify, block or delete accounts or profiles, as well as reviews, if it is found that the Terms and Conditions have been violated.

6. Complaints or notifications of the User

Users have the possibility to send to the Supplier at any time complaints or notifications regarding the account, profile or activities of another User or that are related to the services provided. These can be submitted via mobile applications or the website to the Contact section. Users also have the opportunity to report a Service Provider profile through mobile applications. Complaints or notifications will be analyzed and Users will receive a response within a maximum of 30 working days from their receipt by the Supplier.

7. Modification of this document

The Supplier reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions.

8. Applicable law

The rights and obligations of the parties, mentioned in these Terms and Conditions, as well as all the legal effects they produce are governed by the US law in force.

9. Processing of personal data

See Privacy Policy the Privacy Policy regarding the processing of personal data, which is part of this document.

10. Use of Cookies

The Supplier declares that it does not use cookies for marketing purposes and uses cookies to ensure the security and safety of the User's account.

11. Force majeure

Neither party will be liable for non-performance of its contractual obligations if such non-performance on time and / or properly, in whole or in part, is due to a force majeure event. Force majeure is the unpredictable event, beyond the control of the parties and which cannot be avoided.

12. Payments

Payments are not processed by the Supplier and are processed by, which offers services for processing and managing payments made online through various channels (email, website, mobile application, etc.) using electronic payment methods (such as would be debit / credit cards issued under the Visa / Mastercard logo and other modern payment instruments).

The user can choose to pay for the creation of an Offer on the ZimpleNet platform.

The price and duration of the Offer will be displayed clearly and visibly before making the payment.

The payment of an offer is made only once, this being not recurring. The offer will become available on the ZimpleNet platform after the confirmation of the payment by platform and after its verification and approval by the Administrators.

The user can cancel (deactivate) the Offer at any time, without costs, and it will no longer be visible on the ZimpleNet platform.

13. Return policy

The user can choose to return the money within 7 calendar days from the date of payment by sending an email to the contact address specified on the Website.
