We collect your personal data directly from you when you create a User account or a Service Provider profile. To create an account we need a phone number, name, surname. Validation is done via SMS that you receive on your personal phone. You decide if you want to upload a profile picture and add the location. To create a Service Provider profile we also need the category of services you belong to, if you are a company, company name, locality, a description, pictures of your works.

We automatically collect device-specific information, such as unique identifiers that we associate with your account. We automatically collect the IP address for security reasons. We're asking for your location permission on your mobile devices so we can show you results relevant to that location.

We do not want to collect or process data on minors under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from people under the age of 16, but if we find that a person under the age of 16 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.

3. What are the purposes and reasons for processing

All data is necessary for the proper use of the service provided for your benefit. We do not collect data for marketing purposes. We do not use cookies for marketing purposes.
